We had an army party and the kids got to decorate tanks, as well as write notes that I sent off to the real soldiers serving our country.
Sergeant Dorsey was in charge of the boys. He had to do a role call before we could get started with the party.
Wefirst had an obstacle course to do. Climb up the rock wall.

Slide down the slide.
Belly crawl through the tunnel.
The tires were a bit tricky for a few of the kids.

The balance beam was a bit tricky for some too.

And then sprint to the finishing cone.
After the obstacle course, the soldiers had to find their "lost army men" in the woods. Thank goodness I painted the GI Joes feet orange or else we would have been in the woods all day long.

Slide down the slide.
The balance beam was a bit tricky for some too.
And then sprint to the finishing cone.
Last, Sergeant Derek and Darien gave them a shooting lesson with paintballs.
The kids LOVED shooting at targets.

What a COOL Birthday party for such a Cool guy~! It looks like it was so fun for everyone. You are very clever Robyn~!
That was a way cool idea.
Thanks for all the nice comments, but I have to admit I got part of the party ideas off the internet and just added a little Robyn twist.
But it was so much fun. We ALL had a good time, including Keith. And the best part was that I maybe spent $50 for the entire thing.
