Needless to say, we still played for a while. Brooks was an angel and took a nap in her car seat while we got to play in the water and sand. The kids had a great time and wanted to stay for another night, but I told them we would do it another time. We actually got sun at the ocean. I don't think I have ever seen sun while at the ocean. We have tried to go before and it is sunny until you turn into the Ocean Shores entrance. Thanks Monique for inviting us for a fun day trip!
