On May 1st, we had a crazy windy day. We started out with flying kites. It was GREAT kite-flying weather. 
Jaron showed up just in time to pull out the finger paints, which the kids have never done before.
It was pretty funny watching them try and not make too big of a mess with painting.

After finger painting, we moved onto sidewalk chalk. Our friends were coming into town for the weekend and so we wrote them a message on the cement...too bad it poured rain the next day and was gone. I guess it is the thought that counts.
I was hoping the rest of the summer was going to be this amazing sunny weather, but today I am second guessing it.
