Now Seriously

As if Brooklyn wasn't keeping me busy enough...Brevin and Brynn were cleaning their room on Friday (March 30th) while I was showering. I came out of the shower to check on them to find Brevin with an UH-OH look on his face. I asked him what was going on and he said, "Mom, I kind of have something in my ear." I tried to get it out, as it was close to the opening, but did not succeed. Needless to say, we ran to the doctors office, and literally hurried ASAP to get it out.

On the car ride over, I was told that Brevin and Brynn were playing shopping and he was trying on some earrings.

So when we got to the doctor's office, you couldn't even see the jewel anymore. It was down quite a bit further and it took the doctor 4 tries to get this jewel out of his ear. A nurse had to hold him still and he was quite upset as it was uncomfortable. He tried so hard not to cry, but I can guarentee he will not be putting anything in his ear every again.

Now the clincher is that this jewel was something I saw in the morning and I asked Brevin to throw it in the garbage while they were getting dressed in the morning. Gotta love these wee little ones.
